👿 Today’s tip: Give yourself a minute to complain.

The Complaining Minute is a full minute where you can rant, full-force, about whatever’s stressing you out — writing that 17-page report, the pile of dishes in the sink that everyone’s ignoring, your mother-in-law. It’s easy:

1. Find a quiet space.
2. Get out your phone.
3. Start the timer. Sixty seconds.
4. Complain away.
5. Return to your task.

The goal is to let out your frustrations, instead of letting them build up and derail your focus. Get as petty and whiny as you want. Then take a breath and notice how much lighter you feel.
