🚶 ️Today’s tip: Give yourself a reason to take a very long walk.

Sure, a meditative stroll has its own benefits, but some of us prefer to walk with a sense of purpose — which, for obvious reasons, is hard to do right now.

So when you have a chunk of free time, invent a long-distance errand for yourself, something you can accomplish on foot. Choose a great coffee shop a mile or two from home, and walk over for a socially distant pickup. Organize a baked-goods swap with a friend in another neighborhood, and then carry your offering over.

Wear a mask, keep your phone in your pocket, and relish the mission.
