🍳 Today’s tip: Make dinner easier to pull off by putting it on your calendar.

You decided to try something new in the kitchen, scrolled through recipes, bought all the ingredients, and then…. well, life set in, and it wasn’t until you were midway through yet another bowl of pasta that you remembered your chicken thighs languishing in the back of the fridge.

Making a meal plan is just half the battle. To give yourself the time you need to actually execute it, set an alert for the dinner you intend to cook, and time it for when you should start cooking. The day is already filled with distractions and things to remember; outsourcing your dinner timing means you have one less thing on your (ahem) plate.
