😴 Today’s tip: Give yourself the gift of a super-early bedtime.
A radical proposal for you: At the end of the day, once you’ve already taken care of all your responsibilities, just… call it. No matter what time it is. 8:00 pm? A great time to go to bed, especially after the week we’ve all just had.
Even if you don’t fall sleep immediately, and use the time to read a book or watch a movie, going to bed earlier than usual gives you the best possible shot at a full night’s sleep. You’ve earned it. Don’t let society’s beliefs about “normal” “adult” bedtimes convince you otherwise.
