🍽️ Today’s tip: Looking to break up your work-from-home days? Pick a new space in your home to eat.

Whether you’re back at the office part-time or still at home, one easy trick can help break up the monotony of those way-too-familiar days indoors: eat somewhere new.

As the writer Jean Chen Ho put it on Twitter, moving your plate from the kitchen table to the coffee table may not be a huge leap, but it’s enough of a change to at least switch up your view. Try dragging a chair over to a window, if you’re feeling wild. After three months of doing the same old thing, it might even feel — as Chen Ho attests — like “going to a restaurant.”
