📅 Today’s tip: Schedule a daily 15-minute calendar “event” for small tasks.

Here’s a quick and efficient way to organize all the little tasks you need to get to: Schedule a 15-minute block on your calendar to repeat each day. Title it “Cleanup,” and in the notes, keep a to-do list of things you want to get done by the end of the day. Not big, time-consuming projects, but things you can bang out right before you shut down your computer—an email you need to reply to, a “yes” or “no” you need to get to someone on your team.

This part is important: As you update the list, save the changes to the calendar item, so if there’s something you can’t quite get to, it’ll be on tomorrow’s cleanup list. You’re ending the day with a flurry of accomplishment, and giving your next-morning-self the gift of a clean slate.
