Prior to my dual-diagnoses, I used to think that this was straight up depression. Now, I'm pretty sure that it's slowly approaching burnout.

Agreed! Mindfulness and meditation are important to help develop awareness of stress. Turns out mindfulness and meditation are important to help bust stress as well 🙃 Thanks for sharing.
