🍕 Today’s tip: Order double dinner.

Next time you’re negotiating with a partner or family about whose turn it is to choose the takeout spot, consider this: You don’t have to choose.

You’re eating at home, anyway, so why not just let each person pick where they order from before you sit down together? Grub Street recently sang the praises of “double dinner” — getting dishes from multiple places and cobbling them into one decadent meal. The practice can also be a peacekeeping tool for the whole household (and a way to break up the monotony of pandemic life).

Just remember to tip very, very well.
