✅ Today’s tip: Kondo your meeting calendar.

Before the fresh-start energy of January completely fizzles out, summon whatever’s left of it to declutter your work calendar. For each standing meeting on there, ask yourself: Is this truly necessary? If the answer’s yes, keep it. If it’s no, time to toss it out (or make that suggestion to whoever owns the meeting, if it isn’t you). Nothing sparks joy like newfound free time.
