🍲 Today’s tip: Make things easier on yourself and eat your meals out of a big mixing bowl.

Pandemic mealtime can be pretty monotonous: Prepare meal, eat meal, clean up meal, and repeat—all in your kitchen, all with the same company, ad infinitum. Who has the energy for it anymore?

Writer Maya Kosoff has a pretty brilliant solution: Get yourself a giant mixing bowl. “If you eat out of a big mixing bowl, you no longer have to put your food into a smaller bowl to consume it, lessening the number of bowls you’d eventually have to wash,” Kosoff writes. She suggests heading to your fridge, assessing your ingredients and leftovers, and throwing some sort of sloppy delicious combination into your huge bowl. No fuss, minimal prep, and when you’re done eating, you only have one thing to clean.
