📶 Today’s tip: Share your Wi-Fi to reduce digital inequality.

Unequal internet access was already an acute problem before lockdown, but remote work and learning have widened the digital divide, adding to the pandemic’s hardship for families who can’t get online from home.

Our friends at OneZero have a great suggestion for those of us lucky enough to have unlimited data plans: Open up your Wi-Fi by creating a guest network that anyone can use. As the writer Owen Williams notes, “It’s an opportunity to be a good neighbor without leaving your home.”
