A shorter to-do list is a better to-do list
📝 Today’s tip: Cap your to-do list at three things a day.
Of course you have way more than three things you need to get done in a day. You probably have more than three things you need to get done before lunch.
But as the writer Michael Thompson noted on Forge, applying constraints to your to-do list is a great way to clarify your priorities. “[It] forces you to ask yourself: What actually matters most today?” he wrote. “What truly moves the needle?”
And without an endless list, you have a better shot at crossing everything off by the end of the day.
